Mike’s Pest Solutions, one of the areas newest and highest rated pest control companies, opened our doors in 2015 in Monticello, Florida. In the course of our five-year history, we have grown from a single service vehicle to several to cover all of Jefferson, Madison, Taylor, Wakulla, Leon and Gadsden counties. With our expanded abilities and service area, we have helped thousands find real solutions to their pest control issues.
Mike Wheeler, our founder, has worked in the pest control industry for over 15 years in just about every conceivable level. Having been on the service level so long, Mike understood the people and issues they call a pest control company for. He had a vision of forming a better company than the competition offering professional service, highly effective solutions, being customer oriented and very cost conscious. Mike’s Pest Solutions was born with the ideology “It is not about the sale, it’s about what is right for the people.” With this philosophy, we have grown to over a thousand highly satisfied customers and look forward to serving all for years to come.
In 2018, Mike’s wife Dede, retired from a long-term county government position. Dede then joined Mike to help with the day to day office management including answering the phones, setting up schedules, general office functions and inter-company communications. Of course, Mike and our techs are always available to speak with if you need them. In general, Mike continues to work in the field servicing customers and supervising field operations.
